I did a quick search on this forum but didn't find anything about this.

This is a Rappelz server status page which is good to watch when your waiting for maintenance to finish.
I think the main website IP addresses have changed (HTML launcher & index server?), but I think the site displays the game servers ok.
Take it with a grain of salt.
