I suggest the following,

-Recruit 100+ members only. (Keep the noobs out of the guild and our guild will be more attractive to higher levels.)

-Offer SS as a recruitment incentive
*5 ss R5
*10 ss R6
*15 ss R7

Offer the following at a reduced cost to members,

-Gear pool (Stock various class gear)

-Cube pool (Strike/Def cubes)

-Supply pool (e-pro, e-repair, ss, etc)

Guild DP events such as,

-SS DP's
-General DP's
-Marathon DP's

Siege Payment Structure
*5 Mil R5 participation
*10 mil R6 participation
*15 mil R7 participation

Note: Amounts are just a suggestion work the numbers with the what guild income we have.

!Fallen Guild is recruiting 100+ members! New members receive, R5 5ss, R6 10 ss, R7 15 ss. And we get paid to siege!

I think some ppl will join just for the reward and after 2 weeks leave guild. Sadly but true ppl are too greedy.

i agree here. your right we might get heaps of high lv people join us but as soon as they have their free SS from us BAM, they are gone

It is better to give them stuff after they have contribute something for us, like reaching certain level, going to siege, helpful to other member, etc.

Although probabation period is good, it wont stop leacher from, taking advantage. Loyal member will join without the need of any payment.

The best way to get high member join is by going dp (or starting one frequently) and asking and guildless whether they wanna join or not.

Other point that Log put forward are good idea, like pushing guild dp and dungeon payment (which we already implement).

Btw transit at Singapore ftw xD

i think if we are to give out items, it will not be something that will be advertised. cause if we dont advertise about gift giving then it is more of a reward for doing something

I think SS payment is BAD idea but guild dp will be a good point and siege is a bonus to those newcomer.

Level doesnot matter as long as newcomer is active. Hopping high lvl are not what we want, they only create burden for guild to keep satisfy their greed Evil or Very Mad.

Suggestion: Maybe we can try do boss run(moon,lm,cv) once a week to attract those active lowbie XD lol! Just recruit maybe 20-30 lowbie since still plenty of room in guild.

Dino, those ideas are great( i still need bosses in CV! affraid ) for doing boss runs. That could also be a teaching point for people too. Show tanks how to grab and hold aggro, show breeders how much of a difference acid spray makes, show huna's that chainsickle wind also makes a difference.
I've been playing my SS alt( lvl 43 now)while I wait for my sally back from Lek, and now that I know about the AOE.........i love it! lol I may be changing my Ursa alt to him........ Rolling Eyes affraid
*off topic* I wish they could put all your ursa points gained into one pool. Alll my alts have points too that will be wasted on nothing. If I could pool them all together, it would certainly help out.

Lowbies eventually become higher lvls and if their gaming experience is a good one, they will play and stay. If they are given benefits to stay, many will do so. jocolor

i like the idea about doing weekly boss runs.... the thing is people will know the guild after a while. In fact in the early days of my rappelz character it was actually fallen going on a boss run (abby) that i could actually see some of the players - watch them prepare for abby and everything. i lvled with this guy who is actually still on our guild list and he joined and i followed him. Its funny to think but i thought it was so awesome back then to see brave and lektar and many others fight the bosses. My first ofo fight was intense. Still even remember this time when lek soloed (i think it was) abby.
In other words, prety much right from the start when your new to a game, having a group fo people like that to have fun with is the best. Im not suggesting to recruit people that but they will definitely keep fallen in their minds when they get to the right lvl

yer, some people (like beast) have those quests still to do lol. plus like everyone has said, running bosses is a good way to teach people aswell (as long as u dont go "ok all of u stay there i'll take him")

The problem with boss run and having everybody killing is that

1. Ppl usually dont know the 1 minute rule, and as they see miss miss miss, they stop and in the end take agro. This will result in more danger to tanker (as bp healing is switched to the lowbies)

2. Even if u keep attacking, sometime you get lots of misses and in the end taking agro (usually in case of pets), again as aggro switch, healer is having a hard time, coz they are taking too much damage.

3. Having only high level attacking ensures that no1 dies, especially the high lvl.

hmmmm makes me wonder. . . .
has anyone ever tried to overrule the 1 minute rule?
if i get 1 min rule perm aggro... and ten you break 1min rule
does it stay at me? or come for you?
if it remains at the first target all you gotta do is force 1min rule upon the tank and then have everyone kill.

also a big disadvantage of boss runs is... if the lil noob gets killed . . . the lil noob gets mad for loosing exp lol!

and we all know how sh*t it is to keep a whole group of lower lvls alive on a boss that eats em alive

yes the 1 mon rule can be overwritten
by another going idle for 1 min


but it depend on what the aggro switchs to Razz

try keeping a squishy alive for 1 min hehe

Is the 1 minute rule creating uber aggro? So much that a good tank cannot regain it with a few aggro skills?
I would just brief everyone before the run that they should stay back and out of trouble, try to keep adds away( if they can) and don't attack the boss. We have a few HL tanks that should be able to get aggro back fast on Ofo or Abby. We don't want lvl 20 toons doing this run, just those who NEED it for quest. You won't get exp anyway with HL player doing the kill.....just from the quest giver.

People with the quest only..they get it at a lvl requirement and they have to kill Trang and Kero before hand too! They at least will be able to gang up on adds in abby's case and certainly in Ofo's case.

Same thing for CV or LM, you have to be of a certain lvl to get the quest, they can at least get a hit in on adds.
Everyone will have to be instructed before the run though....don't attack boss!!!!!, Kill the adds only.Treat it as an add only DP. Everyone not doing boss, stay together and kill anything that attacks you or your party.
You uber tanks will not have any problem soloing these bosses anyways, right? lol geek

gms can't kil bosses in one shot bosses can actually kil gms i seen it
